Who we are

Mooki is a clothing-swap app coming soon to New York. This site is operated by LucydMediaAI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that does business as Mooki (“Mooki,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers the waitlist at mookiswap.com. The Mooki app will have its own privacy policy.

What we collect

What you give us. Your email address.

What we record. The date and time you joined.

What any website receives. When your browser loads this site, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser information, as with any web request. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google, which receives your IP address. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies.

We do not collect sensitive personal information.

How we use it

• To tell you about Mooki, including when the app is available.
• To keep the waitlist secure and prevent duplicates and abuse, and to comply with the law.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, under contract and solely on our behalf:

• Supabase: stores the waitlist.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Google Fonts: serves the typefaces on this page.
• When we start sending emails, the email service we use to send them.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

We do not sell your personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

Our emails

You will only receive emails about Mooki. Every email will identify LucydMediaAI LLC, include our postal address, and include a simple way to unsubscribe. You can also reply “unsubscribe” or write to thefounder@mookiswap.com. We will honor your request promptly, and always within 10 business days.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while the waitlist is active and delete it no later than 12 months after the Mooki app launches, unless you create a Mooki account. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we delete it, keeping only the minimum record needed to make sure we never email you again.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know and access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising (we do none of these), without being discriminated against. We extend these rights to everyone on our waitlist, wherever you live.

How to make a request. Email thefounder@mookiswap.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and then contact your state Attorney General if you are not satisfied.

California notice at collection. We collect identifiers (your email address, and your IP address through our service providers) from you, for the purposes described above, and keep them for the period described in “How long we keep it.” We do not sell or share them.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards. This website can add you to the waitlist but cannot read the list back; access is limited to the Mooki team. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information, as the law requires.

Age

Mooki is for adults. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has joined, write to us and we will delete it.

Where your information is processed

Our service providers store and process your information in the United States. Our team is based in Mexico and may access it from there, under the same protections described in this policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email before it applies.
